Guar gum is the ground endosperm of the guar bean, an annual legume. The primary use for Guar Gum is as an emulsifier and thickening agent in many foods. It is neutral in smell and taste and can be used to bind ingredients and reduce water leakage.

Preporučena upotreba

Add 300-350ml of water or fruit juice into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add two thirds of a small scoops (2g), shake and consume. Use 1-2 times daily or as required. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.

You can also add to a number of different foods or liquids to thicken and stabilise. Ideal for using in baking, sauces, dressings or jams.
